Senior Associate Broker

Position Overview:
As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker at Panorama Commercial Group, you will have a key role in the company’s commercial brokerage division. Panorama will help you provide expert guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in commercial properties. Collaborate with our team of experienced professionals and robust suite of marketing tools to leverage your extensive industry knowledge and negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and objectives.
• Provide personalized advice, strategic solutions and investment opportunities to meet clients’ commercial real estate requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the transaction process, coordinating with legal, financial and other professionals to facilitate a smooth and timely closing.

Property Analysis and Valuation:
• Conduct thorough property evaluations, analyzing market trends, property characteristics, and investment potential.
• Perform financial analyses, including cash flow projections, and return on investment calculations.
• Prepare comprehensive property valuations and investment proposals for clients including up-to-date market analyses, property comparisons, and investment insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience as a commercial real estate broker.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, property types, investment strategies,
and proficiency in financial analysis and real estate valuation methods.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with real estate databases, CRM software, and industry tools.
• Valid real estate license and any additional certifications are advantageous.
• Preferred leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
