Senior Associate Broker

Position Overview:

As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker at Panorama Commercial Group, you will play a key role in the company’s commercial brokerage division. Your primary objective will be to provide expert guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in commercial properties. You will leverage your extensive industry knowledge, market expertise, and negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and build strong client relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of professionals, contribute to business development efforts, and have mentorship opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Relationship Management:
· Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and objectives.
· Provide personalized advice and strategic solutions to meet clients’ commercial real estate requirements.
· Act as the main point of contact throughout the transaction process, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Property Analysis and Valuation:

· Conduct thorough property evaluations, analyzing market trends, property characteristics, and investment potential.
· Perform financial analyses, including cash flow projections, and return on investment calculations.
· Prepare comprehensive property valuations and investment proposals for clients.

Deal Negotiation and Transaction Management:

· Identify suitable commercial properties that align with clients’ objectives and investment criteria.
· Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing on behalf of clients for lease and sale agreements.
· Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and timely transaction closings.

Market Research and Analysis:

· Stay abreast of local and regional market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.
· Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and potential clients.
· Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market analyses, property comparisons, and investment insights.

Business Development:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and generate revenue.
· Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including property owners, investors, developers, and tenants.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

· Opportunities to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior brokers, sharing your expertise and industry best practices.
· Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.
· Collaborate with colleagues to leverage resources and expertise for the benefit of clients and the company.

Compliance and Ethics:

· Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
· Safeguard client confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
· Maintain professional integrity and promote a culture of transparency and accountability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Preferred bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Finance).
· Proven experience as a commercial real estate broker.
· Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, property types, investment strategies, and proficiency in financial analysis and real estate valuation methods.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Familiarity with real estate databases, CRM software, and industry tools.
· Valid real estate license and any additional certifications are advantageous.
· Preferred leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
