Rich Wilcox Vice President/Assistant Property Manager
As Vice President of Panorama Commercial Group, Rich, oversees the Daily operations of the company as a member of the office staff. His duties include assisting the Senior Property Managers, managing the personnel, overseeing and coordinating the marketing and promoting of the company and working directly with Mark Pyms coordinating the overall business development strategy for the company. Rich, along with Mark Pyms, are the original founders of Panorama Commercial Group and has been involved with the company for its entire operating history. In addition to working with Panorama, Rich has been a commercial property owner and investor in the Denver market for over 25 years.
Don Palik, RPA
VP/ Senior Property Manager
Don brings more than 25 years of professional real estate transactions experience to his clients, derived from a strong background focused on commercial real estate property management and project management. During his tenure with Panorama Commercial Group, Don is managing retail shopping centers, multi-tenant office buildings, office condo associations and industrial warehouse facilities.

Mark has been a commercial real estate broker since 1984. Prior to joining the Panorama Commercial Group Mark was at RE/MAX Commercial Services, Inc. Commercial. Prior to relocating to Colorado, Mark was president of Florida Land and Acreage, a land development company where he assisted in the acquisition and development of several hundred acres in north Florida.
Mark has been a commercial real estate broker since 1984 and specializes in investment transactions and has successfully brokered and negotiated the sale of several apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings and multi-tenant industrial buildings in the metropolitan Denver area.
Eric J. Kimose
Vice President of Commerical Brokerage
Mr. Kimose began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1995. Since that time he has handled in excess of $300,000,000 in real estate transactions. He has completed Industrial, Multifamily, Office and Retail transactions in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, North Carolina and California. He is frequently consulted prior to a property “going to market” to work with property managers and asset managers in effort to prepare the property for the marketing process. He has completed transactions from as small at $75,000 to as large as $25,000,000.
Chance joined the real estate brokerage team at Panorama in June of 2019. As a recent graduate of the Rawls Business School at Texas Tech University, Chances educational background is rooted in financial strategy both personal and business.
Chance comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and business leaders from which he learned and practices today an honest, straight forward, no-nonsense approach. Working hard every day to understand your needs and goals and find the right solution to meet those is Chances focus and mission. At the end of the day, his goal is to add value to his clients while adding to the exciting and growing platform of Panorama Commercial Group.
Jason joined the real estate brokerage team at Panorama Commercial Group in February 2019. Prior to joining Panorama Jason was deeply involved in the Denver area sustainable food movement and organic agriculture business. Realizing a passion for commercial real estate, Jason has adapted his networking capabilities and business sense to a holistic commercial real estate application. Utilizing entrepreneurial and interpersonal skills developed from starting and running a successful small-scale agriculture business Jason has evolved into a motivated and driven commercial real estate broker.
Jennifer Arthur Administrative Assistant
Jennifer brings over ten years of administrative support and office management experience. She brings added fluidity to the day-to-day operations, allowing the Property Managers and Accounting department to focus on the needs of our clients and tenants. Additionally, she tackles special projects and yearly assignments with tenacity and determination. With previous experience in commercial and residential leasing and management, Jennifer has a knack for the industry as well as driven aspirations to further her abilities within Panorama’s team by currently working towards her Colorado Real Estate License.
Apryle has 20 years of accounting experience, all of which in the real estate industry. During her career she has gained experience in numerous aspects of real estate accounting, including multi-family, commercial, and HOA. Apryle holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a certificate in Real Estate.
Apryle works in the financial department for Panorama Commercial Group and is responsible for cash receipts, accounts payable, billing, end-of-the month, and year-end financial documents. With the utilization of custom spreadsheets, Apryle also prepares the budgets and year-end reconciliations of tenant(s) accounts.
Jenna Dornseif Marketing & Business Development
Jenna comes to Panorama Commercial Group with over ten years of marketing experience. Jenna heads up all of Panorama’s marketing and event efforts, with leadership and great attention to detail. Jenna looks forward to expanding Panorama’s outreach while continuing to execute our management style with personalization and trust.
