Mark Pyms Broker/Owner
Mark has been a commercial real estate broker since 1984. Prior to joining the Panorama Commercial Group Mark was at RE/MAX Commercial Services, Inc. Commercial. Prior to relocating to Colorado, Mark was president of Florida Land and Acreage, a land development company where he assisted in the acquisition and development of several hundred acres in north Florida.
Mark has been a commercial real estate broker since 1984 and specializes in investment and lease transactions and has successfully brokered and negotiated the sale and/or leasing of several apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings and multi-tenant industrial buildings in the metropolitan Denver area.
Eric J. Kimose Managing Broker
Mr. Kimose began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1995. He has handled Industrial, Multifamily, Office and Retail transactions. Mr. Kimose has completed transactions in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Florida, North Carolina and California. He is frequently consulted prior to a property “going to market” to work with property managers and asset managers in effort to prepare the property for the marketing process. He has completed transactions from as small at $75,000 to as large as $25,000,000. Mr. Kimose has owned several commercial properties. He has previously acted as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management.
Mr. Kimose has been recognized by the Colorado Real Estate Journal as one of the top 10 commercial real estate brokers in the State of Colorado. He has acted as expert witness and was previously engaged by the Federal Bankruptcy Court as a bonded and insured receiver. For several years Mr. Kimose was engaged by Adams County as a BOE Referee, acting as a hearing officer for property value disputes.
Mr. Kimose has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is divorced and has 3 children.
Rich Wilcox Managing Broker/Property Manager/Owner
As Vice President of Panorama Commercial Group, Rich, oversees the Daily operations of the company as a member of the office staff. His duties include assisting the Senior Property Managers, managing the personnel, overseeing and coordinating the marketing and promoting of the company and working directly with Mark Pyms coordinating the overall business development strategy for the company. Rich, along with Mark Pyms, are the original founders of Panorama Commercial Group and has been involved with the company for its entire operating history. In addition to working with Panorama, Rich has been a commercial property owner and investor in the Denver market for over 25 years.
Jennifer Arthur Assistant Property Manager
Jennifer brings over ten years of administrative support and office management experience. She brings added fluidity to the day-to-day operations, allowing the Property Managers and Accounting department to focus on the needs of our clients and tenants. Additionally, she tackles special projects and yearly assignments with tenacity and determination. With previous experience in commercial and residential leasing and management, Jennifer has a knack for the industry as well as driven aspirations to further her abilities within Panorama’s team by currently working towards her Colorado Real Estate License.
Joyce Humphries Marketing & Business Development
Joyce has been in the real estate accounting for over 25 years. She started working for a property management company here in Denver which grew from 3rd party property management to full service of all aspects of commercial real estate including ground up neighborhood shopping centers. During her 10 years with a Denver developer, the company grew from 3rd party management into full development and was eventually absorbed by two REITS. She moved on to Seattle and secured a position with a private Safeway developer where her accounting skills transferred to development. During that time , Joyce worked with the owners, city or town and State to coordinate any construction outside of the GC’s scope, as well as research fees for the project proforma.
She handled the bank draws , cost accounting, construction meetings etc. Once projects were ready for tenants, she coordinated the TI for tenants in accordance with their leases , continued the projects into property management . Joyce moved on once the Seattle developer sold some centers and secured a position back in Denver, for a retail pad development company. This included all cost accounting, bank draws, and property accounting for single pad users such as Verizon Wireless , Applebee’s , Dollar General , and Fedex.
Jenna Dornseif Marketing & Business Development
Jenna comes to Panorama Commercial Group with over ten years of marketing experience. Jenna heads up all of Panorama’s marketing and event efforts, with leadership and great attention to detail. Jenna looks forward to expanding Panorama’s outreach while continuing to execute our management style with personalization and trust.

Shawn Shapiro Marketing Consultant
Shawn is a digital marketing specialist from Los Angeles, CA. He graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Media Marketing & Advertising. He is currently pursuing his MBA at DePaul University with a concentration in Marketing Strategies. His previous work experience was in the digital marketing world where he created and managed digital campaigns for large supermarket chains, fast food restaurants, and alcoholic beverages. Shawn joins Panorama Commercial Group to focus on optimizing Panorama’s digital presence.
